# Third-party notices · assembly V23

- **Three.js authors:** Three.js 0.160.1, GLTFLoader, OrbitControls and BufferGeometryUtils; [MIT license](licenses/Three_MIT.txt). GLTFLoader's utility import is adapted to the local vendor folder.
- **KiCad library contributors:** project-exported library package geometry; [KiCad library license and generated-design exception](licenses/KiCad_Libraries.md). The Molex micro-HDMI model matches the installed KiCad Connector_Video library model. Source placements and local custom package provenance remain as saved.
- **Opal Kelly:** official BRK8305/XEM8305 source assembly geometry; reused existing public derivatives are attributed in [assembly V8](../assembly-v8/README.md). V12's BRK-side connector bodies retain their Opal Kelly source assembly provenance.
- **CADENAS / original component manufacturers:** V12 XEM-side connector STEP headers state CC BY-ND4.0. Their retained geometry is exported/batched into the board mesh as a technical format conversion; no triangles are decimated or creatively reshaped. Attribution and applicable [CC BY-ND4.0 terms](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/) remain with the source authors. No standalone supplier STEP library is redistributed.
- **Quaternius:** Farm Animals Pack sheep exterior, [CC0 notice](licenses/Quaternius_CC0.txt). The head/upper-neck extraction and schematic internal context are project adaptations.
- **Hirose references:** DF40 product dimensions/footprint facts inform the independently generated nominal connector previews. These previews contain no downloaded Hirose CAD triangles. Manufacturer CAD files remain outside this public package; [Hirose site terms](https://www.hirose.com/corporate/en/terms/) govern the original website materials.

This notice does not grant new rights in third-party source materials or establish component suitability. Original author and source credits remain applicable.
